The conditions were pretty good with a light wind and temp about 60 degrees.  We were all hoping that the wind would kick-up stronger on the return leg, but it didn't seem to change very much.   I thought I paced pretty well and had a good effort, so when I looked at my time after the race (I never have the time displayed during a race), I was pretty happy.  I confirmed with the timer that I had indeed broke the course record.   I've been riding pretty well lately .....
